DIVING
EXCURSIONS
Apart from
the diving on the reef in front of the Center, Diving Center Kostrena organizes
excursions by boat to the nearby sunken ships ( In the North Adriatic there are
over 100 sunken ships ), caves and reefs.
The Center is
located in an ideal position which enables you to visit the most popular
destinations in the
North Cres
aquatorium ( Lina,
Vis, Stella Polare, cave
Jablanac ) and the Krk aquatorium ( Peltastis
) which are all very close.
We must
also mention the sunken ships just outside the
Port of
Rijeka,
only 20 minutes from the Center. Those are the ships Sigrid and Elhawi Star (
see photos ). Sigrid is located at the depth of 28 m and Elhawi Star is very
close, at the depth of 42 m.
The
excursions are organized by a diving ship Marco polo ( link / photo ) for
groups of 10 or more people. The excursions can be organized even for the
smaller group of people but from the
port
of
Rijeka.
The prices of
the excursions depend on the number of divers and on the visited location.
